职位描述：
【Responsibilities】
1.An IT Specialist - Network, who will be responsible for network operations, technical and architecture support.
2.Ensure network and system availability to support software development environment, solve problem and incidents, and provide consultancy in LAN/WAN network connectivity.
3.Handle and manage IBM internal infrastructure projects, including network infrastructure planning, architecture design and implementation.
4.Conduct problem determination, network performance tuning and perform change to the network.
5.Handle network management/monitoring tools, including setting up, maintenance and operating for performance measurement and network reporting. Tools include CiscoWorks, Cisco ACS, MRTG, etc.
6.Provide 3rd level network support to other IT engineers and projects.

【Requirements】
1.Minimum 3 years experience in LAN/WAN, routing and switching.
2.Experience in large scale LAN and VoIP deployments is required.
3.Security skills and experiences on Firewall, IDS, IPS, VPN are required.
4.Experience in IPv6 deployment is preferred.
5.Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCDP/CCSP/CCIE) are preferred.
6.MS or BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
7.Good written and oral English.
